Successful dCi representatives are self motivated and responsible, take pleasure in traveling for long durations, and are able to excel in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment. In our travels, we enjoy many activities and events and see new things every week. Experienced representatives may transfer between Eastern and Western sales divisions throughout the country.
This is an entry level job with many benefits, that has opportunity to expand into supervisory or management duties. In fact, some representatives have worked with dCi for only 4 months while breaking from University; others have been with the company for over 10 years and now are senior managers.
A driver's license is beneficial, but not necessary prior to employment. Employees without licenses will work with a representative who has a driver's license and have the opportunity to take driving lessons while employed with dCi.
All representatives are interviewed and assessed prior to being hired. Parents are welcome to attend interviews. Employment openings vary and are dependent upon geographic territory and the need for sales growth in particular provinces.
Successful applicants will have opportunities to work with either our Western or Eastern sales divisions. Applicants need to be flexible and understand that this is an extensive, but very rewarding, traveling sales/marketing position.

The health and safety of our traveling sales teams is our top priority. Our reps always travel in groups, in company vehicles that are maintained in excellent condition. Each team travels with a manager, who provides a wealth of professional support and advice for succeeding in the world of canvassing magazine subscription sales. Corporate management at dCi supports our sales teams around the clock during their travels, and are always just a phone call away.
